Fan Club pre-sales are member-only advance ticket sales to Theresa’s shows.
More About Fan Club Pre-sales:

• Fan Club members have an exclusive pre-sale for 48 hours before anyone else. It’s a perk of being a Fan Club member.  
• After the Fan Club has had a two day window to purchase the best tickets, the theatre and public will be able to have access.

*There will be some venues that will have a shorter timeframe for pre-sale to fan club. These changes will be noted with the presale information. 

One of the main reasons Theresa started the fan club make sure her fans had the right information for her shows and paid the right price. There are a lot of third-party ticket sellers aka scalpers out there that are charging ridiculous prices for tickets.  

We post the passwords on the Fan Club "Events” page the morning the sale starts. You MUST login into your Fan Club account to access the presale link and unique show password.

Pre-sale information can be found on the Events page. Go to the Events page under the Fan Club menu bar on the site to find the links and passwords:

• Log into your fan club account
• Click "Events” on the navigation bar.
• Click the show you are looking to attend. For example “Live - Miami, FL”
• Click that event and you'll find the link to the pre-sale and the password you will need to get your tickets!
  
  We do our best to offer Fan Club members the exclusive access to presales, and we appreciate it if you would do the same. It is against Fan Club Policy for Fan Club members to share the presale link or password in any manner. If we find any member doing this, we will cancel their membership.

We're so excited there are new members joining the Fan Club and one question we get a lot is about readings and how to request one. 

The Fan Club is managed separately from Theresa’s private readings so we don't have insight on time frame of the waiting list, but we do know that the best way to request a reading is at theresacaputo.com/pages/readings

Once you hit submit, your message has been sent and that means you've been added to the reading request list. 

Theresa recently added the following info:

"If you’re interested in a reading, please know that I was booked for two years before the show first aired, and in addition to that I had a very extended waiting list. The people that have emailed, written in or filled out the online form have been added to that list. Unfortunately being on this list does not guarantee an appointment. The people featured on Raising Spirits TV show and the Hey Spirit! Podcast are selected from all of the lists. Factors include location, availability, and who feels comfortable being on television or on a podcast are taken into consideration. Because it’s just impossible to schedule so far out. I am so incredibly honored and grateful for all of your love and support! I am truly blessed by all of you! Thank you for all your patience and understanding.

We send out a reminder prior to the expiration of your membership and you can choose to either renew or not. We hope you renew!

There are a couple of different ways this can happen. One is that in select cities there is a Photo Op VIP add on ticket to get your photo taken with Theresa. The second is by being randomly selected. Our latest giveaway is for Fan Club Members to have their photo taken with Theresa at an upcoming Live Experience. We will choose two Fan Club Members per show. Submit your entry on the GIVEAWAYS page.

One perk of the Fan Club is that Theresa chooses random fans to spend a day with her. There are different gifts given throughout the year to Fan Club members. By joining the Fan Club you are automatically considered to be a gift recipient. Throughout the year, we also have giveaways! You will receive an email letting you know that a giveaway has started and how to enter to win.
