In order to safely bring you this experience, Mills Presents has set enhanced health and safety guidelines which we require you to follow while attending. Temperature Checks

Temperature checks will be conducted at the door. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees will not be admitted.  Additionally, attendees should take their temperature at home before arriving to the show.  Anyone with a temperature of 100.4° or more or is not feeling well should stay at home and follow CDC guidelines.  Attendees not able to attend the event due to a fever or illness should contact Mills Presents for a refund prior to the start of the event.

Pod Seating

Seating for this event will be sold as pods of 2, 3 and 4. All tickets within a pod must be shared by people who have chosen to attend together. Sitting in any seat outside of your Seating Pods is not permitted.

Masks/Face Coverings

All attendees will be required to wear a mask during the show; food and beverages will not be sold at this event to encourage mask-wearing at all times.

What do the COVID Safe precautions mean for my show experience?

We have limited capacity to this event to ensure that it can be presented in accordance with social distancing standards. These capacity restrictions promote the safety and welfare of our patrons, and provide for a richer, more intimate and exclusive event than can be had seeing Theresa in a larger theater environment.

Mills Presents is working hard to ensure that this event is as safe as possible for all attendees, staff and Theresa, and is operating under the industry-standard COVID plan which can be reviewed here.

If you have any symptoms or have any indication you may have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID case, please do not attend this event. Please contact the event producers before the event to discuss options available to you.

Do I have to be a hotel guest to attend this event?

This event is open to anyone with a paid ticket; you do not need to be a hotel guest to attend. However, if you would like to book a hotel room, we have reserved a great rate for you. Click here to reserve your room.

What if it rains on the day of the event? What is the inclement weather plan?

In the unforeseen event that we experience inclement weather, our customer service team will contact ticket holders by phone or email to share specifics about time delays or venue changes.

What if I’d like to attend by myself? Can I buy a single ticket?

You are welcome to attend the event solo; however our pods are sold in a minimum of 2 seats so you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out while maintaining a safe physical distance.

A complimentary shuttle is available to and from The Woodlands Mall and Market Street. In addition, we offer shuttle service to and from The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for a fee of $20 per person, round trip, for designated concerts and events.
